Refund Policy

If the goods inside of the container are faulty (deemed faulty by investigation) we operate a full refund policy within 5 days of delivery. This is due to its drinkable content.
If the product is ordered by mistake by the customer then the customer is liable to return the goods at their own expense. A restocking fee of 15% will apply.
A refund will also only be issued to unopened/undamaged products.
Products are refundable up to 7 days after the delivery date.
If any returned equipment has been returned and deemed as having been tampered with, this will go against any warranty previously stated.
